In cooperation with the US Consumer Products Safety Commission, Wahl© Clipper Corporation is voluntarily recalling select version of the Wahl Duet 2 in 1 hair Styler with 1 1/2" barrels. These units may expierence an electrical insulation breakdown resulting in a possible electric shock and injury to the user. The affected hair stylers were sold during the period of May 2003 through September 2003. Model series 5266 with date codes of 303, 403, 503, 603, 703, 803 and 903 are included in this recall.
